This is precisely where DEXNYL® R-PEEK comes in.
Our recycled PEEK grades combine the typical advantages of PEEK with significantly improved sustainability and attractive cost-effectiveness. The material is based on selected residues from the electronics industry and undergoes several washing, grinding and regranulation steps. R-PEEK 143G even undergoes melt filtration. In addition, every batch of granulate is checked using a metal detection system.
Compared to virgin PEEK, the estimated carbon footprint can be reduced by over 50%.
